The ‘b-Heard’ survey allowed all of our global employees to confidentially respond to statements about their wellbeing, pay and benefits, personal growth, teams, IQE’s leadership and more.

We achieved 'One to Watch' which is a special status awarded to organisations where workplace engagement shows promising signs for the future, requiring a Best Companies Index score of at least 600 and reflecting an organisation with 'good' levels of workplace engagement. We use our b-Heard insights to drive our engagement journey for the benefit of all our employees now and in the future.

Giving Something Back

IQE recognises we have the ability to make a positive contribution to the communities in which we live and work and we support a range of local activities and initiatives. We encourage this to be driven 'bottom-up" to ensure that our efforts are relevant to our employees and what is important to their local communities. Our people receive one day of paid employee volunteering leave entitlement per year as part of our efforts to support them to give something back to their communities.
