IQE to present paper at forthcoming GaN industry conference

IQE will present a paper at next month's premier gallium nitride (GaN) conference, ICNS-8 (the International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors).
The presentation "AlInN HEMTs Grown on SiC by Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy for Millimeter-Wave Applications" will be made by IQE's Shiping Guo / Ivan Eliasevich and represents work carried out by IQE in conjunction with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the US Air Force Research Laboratory.
The conference, which is now in it's eighth year, will be held from 18th to 23rd October at the ICC in Jeju, Korea.
