QD-VCSELs (European Commission-VIST Program)
To advance the performance of Vertically Integrated Systems for Information Transfer (VISIT) to beyond 40 Gb/s based on GaAs VCSEL technology
Dilute-nitride lasers (Industry research contract)
Mixed nitride-antimonide-based detectors
High power InP-based quantum cascade lasers
