The successful candidate will provide equipment engineering support through the cleaning, maintenance and refurbishment of reactor components. QA of all graphite and quartz parts essential to the MOVPE process. Inventory control of said components through appropriate systems.

Facilities Engineer - IQE Silicon, Cardiff - UK

The successful candidate will provide support to the company’s plant and facilities enabling the continuous and smooth running of production requirements.  Managing the various site services and systems in terms of, fault diagnosis & rectification, preventative maintenance, record keeping and performance monitoring.  He/She will drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing improvements that enable superior system performance and longevity.  Additionally will drive and co-ordinate all facilities engineering projects to completion.

Process Specialist, IQE Europe - Cardiff, UK

The successful candidate will act as the IQE Newport based advisor on all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and compliance, specifically providing support, advice and assistance to the local Management Teams under EU Legislation on all relevant matters.  Additionally will act as the point of contact with external regulatory bodies (Health & Safety Executive, Environment Agency & National Resources Wales) for the this facility.
