IQE wins Company of the Year title at 2018 Grant Thornton Quoted Company Awards

Cardiff, 31 January 2018: IQE plc (AIM: IQE, “IQE” or the “Group”), the leading global supplier of advanced semiconductor wafer products and services to the semiconductor industry, has won the title of Company of the Year at the Grant Thornton Quoted Company Awards 2018.
The award, sponsored by Grant Thornton, was presented during a gala ceremony in London, in recognition of IQE’s technology leadership in the supply of advanced compound semiconductor wafers.
