In order to support our mission to maintain our leadership position we are seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales to represent our US Wireless Business with products manufactured by our worldwide locations. This individual will be responsible for Key Account development, strategic planning, account status reviews, forecasting customer requirements, coordinating customer needs with production, and managing all aspects of Key Account customer interaction.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to:Manage all aspects of allocated Key Customer Accounts.
    • Generate Key Customer specific Strategic and Tactical Plans.
    • Generate competitive pricing strategies utilizing a detailed knowledge of market value, competitive pressures, internal costs, and margin requirements.
    • Provide quotes, generate proposals and develop long term partnership proposals.
    • Compile pricing data from competitors and copy to Market Intelligence.
    • Prepare technical presentations and data specific to Key accounts
    • Present technical and business presentations to customers.
    • Update the sales forecast on a real-time basis and assist in the development of company strategy.
    • Direct and manage the assistance of Customer Technical Service to respective customers
  • REQUIREMENTS:
    • BS in physics, chemistry, electronics or similar discipline
    • RF/Wireless chipset background highly preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales position with purchase agreement contract sales
    • Ability to travel internationally and meet with global customers and attend trade shows
    • Knowledge of our marketplace, with strong presentation and communication skills

    Team Leader Infrastructure

    IQE, Inc is seeking a “Team Leader Infrastructure” to work between our Bethlehem, PA and Somerset, NJ sites.

     The primary responsibilities of this role are to lead and develop a team of IT support professionals in a daily helpdesk/project environment for 30% to 35% of the time, whilst the remainder of time working hands-on in a helpdesk, technical IT role. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to the users and requires good ownership from the role holder. The duties are to be carried out during working time whilst handling and supporting “out of hours” emergencies.

    Main Responsibilities for this role are:

    • Planning daily tasks for the team
    • Planning projects locally and at other sites
    • Pro-active communication with management to ascertain urgent requests that could impacts the IT team
    • Carrying out technical/IT related tasks and ensuring all work quality is of a high standard across the team. (Supported with good documentation including quality process documentation.)
    • Ensure that all customer requirements are met in full and on time.
    • To monitor servers and carry out pro-active duties to ensure they are functioning correctly and in a stable condition.
    • Promoting innovation and ensure the team’s troubleshooting skills are of a high standard.
    • Writing/delivering reviews and building development plans for the team.
    • Develop, support and performance manage the team using written reviews and personal development plans along with one to one coaching and guiding sessions.
    • To prepare, present & report on IT issues, including justification for expenditure & pro’s con’s situations.
    • To participate in, drive and control projects
    • Adhering to all internal safety, HR, environmental and quality guidelines & procedures.

    Requirements for this role are:

    • Qualification in an IT or scientific discipline, preferably to degree level.

    IQE Inc is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Bethlehem, PA facility. 12 hour shift/ day and night positions available.

    The Technician is responsible for all aspects of MBE system operation and material characterization in a production environment/ Expected to understand and interpret growth and characterization data and meet customer and internal specifications for epitaxial materials.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • Position requires and Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree
